Unit Selection Process

Selecting the appropriate cooling unit is a critical step, involving:
Calculation of room dimensions and thermal load.
Evaluation of heat loss rates and temperature differentials (indoor vs. outdoor).
Consideration of human traffic (number of occupants).
Compatibility with globally recognized compressor brands (e.g., Copeland, Carrier, Bitzer,       Danfoss).

Temperature Settings

Temperature is calibrated based on stored products, for example:
   Meat/Frozen Goods: –18°C to –23°C
   Vegetables/Fresh Produce: 0°C to +4°C

Supported Equipment & Brands

The system integrates with top-tier international components, including:
   Compressors: Copeland, Bitzer, Danfoss
   Condensing Units: Carrier, Emerson, Tecumseh
Controls: Electronic or programmable logic (PLC-based) for precision.

 Key Features:

Energy-efficient designs tailored to operational demands.
Scalable solutions for small cold rooms or industrial facilities.

Construction & Materials:

Walls:

Prefabricated panels with double-sided cladding made of:

      •   Pre-painted galvanized steel sheets, or
      •   Stainless steel (for high-grade applications).
